Here we list notes explaining important emissions changes for the

series, while means that it only applies to the CR scenario. Otherwise

- 1.A, CO2: CDIAC 2023 data shows a steep decline in
emissions after 2017 which is not as pronounced in the CDIAC 2020 / EI
2023 combination used in PRIMAP-hist v2.5. Thus v2.5.1 has lower
emissions for the last years.
- 3.A, CH4: FAO 2023 data shows a further decline of
emissions in 2021 leading to lower 2021 and 2022 emissions in
PRIMAP0-hist v2.5.1.
